my friend is a felon and he doesn't think he can travel anywhere but i think you can.|||He's right. The point is, even if you found somewhere you won't need a passport for, you wouldn't be able to get back home again, they wouldn't let you in.|||well u can drive!

However, your friend wii not be prevented from getting a passport. felons Can get a passport. some countries will not let him enter...like Canada, the U.K., and some European countries. However, he will be able to enter many countries. Mexico, Central American, and South American countries do not do criminal background checks. Site below has a list of countries that do the checks, tho, there may be some others too.
