I'm thinking about retirement in a few years and I may buy a travel trailer and tour the United States. How much does it cost to park a travel trailer at campgrounds or other locations for a day, week, or month? I'm sure it probably varies depending upon how popular and how nice a location is, so I'm just looking for some general ideas. Do those prices include electricity, water, sewage? And if you're retired and living this way do you enjoy it?|||Most space rents cover electric, water and sewer.
If you join a RV club the rates in the better parks is cheaper.
Travel with the againist the seasons for lower rates.
Or follow the sun, learn how to get part time park jobs, part of your pay is free space.
No rent.
There are good books out there on RV living... I suggest you get them, try Amazon.com--
My dh and RVed for almost a year. Toured parts of the US , made friends, moved on. Very enjoyable, but you must like living in small spaces, and also, have very little with you.
You are doing the right thing in researching now.
:) Good luck and enjoy.
